"Arrived clean and well packed"
My Pull&Bear order showed up in great shape, which makes a big difference when you first open it. The box wasn’t crushed or damaged, and everything inside was clean and neatly folded. Since the packaging was handled well, the whole order felt easy and hassle-free. No complaints from me.

"Not what I ordered at all"
I ordered a pair of jeans from Pull&Bear because they were described as relaxed fit and mid blue, but what showed up was completely different. They were really tight, much darker than the photos, and the fabric didn’t feel like what I thought I was buying at all.
I checked the size guide before ordering too, so it’s frustrating that they still didn’t match the description. I was charged with no issue, of course, but the product info feels really misleading. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them online again...

"Nice site, but a little clunky sometimes"
The website Looks nice and it’s not hard to find clothes, so that part is good. But every now and then the Pages take a while to load, and the filters don’t always work the way I expect them to. I also got kicked out of my Login once while I was just browsing, which was kind of annoying. Overall it’s usable, just not the smoothest if you’re trying to shop Quick.

"Shipping was a mess"
I ordered from PULL&BEAR thinking it would arrive on time, but the delivery date kept changing and I was like, seriously? The tracking barely updated, and when I contacted customer service, they basically just told me to wait. It finally showed up way too late, after I actually needed it. I don’t think I’ll order again if the shipping stays like this.

"Pretty Reliable for Finding My Size"
I’ve had a good experience with Pull&Bear when it comes to sizing. Most of the time, I can find the sizes I need, which I really appreciate since some stores seem to sell out almost immediately. A couple of items I wanted were out of stock at first, but they came back after a few days, and the notify option was actually helpful. It’s not perfect, but overall the stock feels reliable, and I usually manage to order what I want without too much hassle.

I ordered some jeans it felt like I was the unlucky one who got stuck waiting forever. It took almost two weeks for them to show up, and there weren’t really any clear updates, so I was just left wondering what was going on. The jeans themselves were fine once they finally arrived, but the delivery was so slow that it kind of ruined the whole experience for me

"Fitting room was okay, but a bit disappointing"
I went to Pull&Bear to try on a few jeans and tops, and the fitting room experience was fine overall, but a little disappointing. The staff were nice and let me take in enough items, which made things easier, but the sizing was all over the place. One pair of jeans fit really weird while another was perfect, so that was kind of frustrating. The queue also took a bit longer than I expected. I did end up finding what I needed, but it wasn’t as smooth of a visit as I’d hoped

"Payment worked, but the checkout was kind of stressful"
I ordered from Pull&Bear and, to be fair, the payment did go through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. But at the same time, it was annoying because the page just sat there loading forever after I entered my card details, and I had no idea if I’d been charged or if it had frozen.
I did get the confirmation email later, which was a relief, so I guess it all worked fine. Still, the checkout felt way more stressful than it needed to be, even though nothing actually went wrong in the end...

"The style just isn’t doing it for me anymore"
I used to really like shopping here, but lately everything just feels kind of the same and way too trendy. A lot of the styles look cheaper than they used to, and it’s gotten boring. I also tried asking customer service about a question I had and kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole experience more annoying...

"Had to wait a bit, but it was fine"
I ordered from Pull&Bear and overall it was okay. The only annoying part was the queue on the site — I literally had to sit there and wait before I could check out properly. It wasn’t a massive deal, just a bit frustrating when you’re trying to buy something quickly. Once I got through, everything worked fine and my order went through with no issues

"Still Waiting on My Refund"
I returned my order weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. Every time I contact customer service, they just tell me to wait a few more days, which is so frustrating. The whole process has been unclear and mentally draining at this point. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Pull&Bear again.

"Pretty good for casual clothes"
I like Pull&Bear. I know some people might complain about the sizes or certain colors being out of stock, and yeah, that does happen sometimes, but I still think they have a nice range of casual clothes. It’s the kind of place I check when I want something easy to wear and not too over the top. Overall, I’d say the selection is good...

My jeans and shirt showed up looking really nice, and the fabric feels solid too. I washed them once already, because I always get nervous clothes will shrink or fit weird after, but they actually stayed fitting well. i was just happy I didn’t have to overthink it, they look good, feel good, and I’ll probably end up wearing them a lot...

I ordered a pair of jeans and a basic top from Pull&Bear, and overall the style was nice. Delivery was fine too, nothing really to complain about there. The only issue was the sizing felt a bit random. I got both in my usual size, but the jeans were tight while the top was kind of loose. Not a terrible experience, but next time I’d probably read more reviews before ordering

The store was clean, which I definitely appreciated, like nothing felt dirty or neglected. But the layout was kind of all over the place, or at least it felt that way to me. I kept thinking I knew where something would be and then nope, totally different aisle. So yeah, nice enough overall, just a bit confusing to shop through

"Good clothes, slow support"
I ordered from Pull&Bear and had a problem with my delivery, but trying to get help was frustrating. I messaged customer service and ended up waiting days for a proper reply. When they finally got back to me, it sounded like a copy pasted answer and didnt really sort anything out. The clothes themselves are fine, so I cant complain too much there, but the support side definitely needs work. Its not the worst shopping site, but they really need to respond faster.

"I would give 0 starts if I could."
I would give 0 starts if I could. My order is currently 5+ days late, my tracking number doesn’t work. I have spoke with customer service 3 days in a row and they tell me everytime they are still waiting for an update.
No other answer and demanding that I “have to wait for an update”
I asked for a refund and customer service said they aren’t able to process a refund on my order even though it’s 5 days late and no accurate tracking number. Sitting here feeling scammed with no real help from customer service. Do not order here.
