"So here's the thing..."
So here's the thing, I absolutely love the Pull and Bear fashion. Not sure about everyone else, but when I traveled to Casablanca the clothes were of really good quality. IS it different in Europe - I don't know. Because, the clothes that I got, fit my body really well. I am a little heavier on the bottom part of my body, therefore jeans barely fit me graciously. Nonetheless, their clothes and especially their jeans did really shape my body quite well. In fact, I've even got their latest green sweater, and some denim ripped jeans, and I did want to get my hands on Kick Flare Straight pair of Jeans to add to my wardrobe. Here's the huge problem for me! There's something off about their email customer service team. No one really cares or takes the time to respond to concerns. I enquired about the Kick Flare jeans in March and no one has responded or taken it seriously, (3 months later). I'm quite concerned due to the extremely poor manner in which I have been received by their customer service team. Pull and Bear should examine this problem thoroughly because their clothing items (at least for me) are high value, and can't fall back on such terrible customer service. Thanks.
"Poor customer service"
Poor customer service. I received a pair of trousers with a faulty fastener. I contacted Customer Service to ask if they would give me a small discount instead of sending things back and forth for refund or replacing as it isn't environmentally friendly. They seemed unable to 'think outside the box' so I tried to contact their CEO as I think they need some 'greener' ways of dealing with things. All I got back was a response offering me a discount for future purchases. So instead of them sorting out my fault, they tried to profit off it. BAD BAD BAD

"Terrible service"
Terrible service. Their shoes literally killed my feet. I have sent them photos, the customer service agreed with me and I sent back the shoes but they NEVER refunded me and now They dont answer my emails. Please stay away this terrible place.
"Sent faulty item, no help given"
Pull & Bear sent me a tshirt with a hole in the sleeve. I contacted them explaining the issue, asking for a replacement to be dispatched urgently as I need it for a special occasion. I queried whether I could place a new order and the cost if next day delivery be reimbursed, and I would return the faulty one at the first opportunity when I return from a work conference tomorrow. The advisor refused to offer any solutions that would allow me to receive a replacement on the faulty item in time for the event, as they 'need to follow procedure'. Why is this company further inconveniencing customers and refusing to offer reasonable resolutions when they make a mistake?
"Really poor customer service"
Really poor customer service. There’s no contact number to speak with anyone so I finally had to send an instagram msg.
I made an exchange but they wouldn’t refund the first purchase so really not great first time buying from them. I asked for even store credit and wouldn’t give. I got a standard generated response.
Net a Porter, John Lewis, Next, etc. so much better.
I won’t shop with them again or recommend them.

"AVOID - scam"
First time customer, I ordered some boots which were very poorly made, scuffed on the front and didn’t fit. I returned them online within 10 minutes of receiving them and chose to have the return collected from my home address. Now USUALLY you would then be redirected to the Royal Mail website to choose your time slot, but no, I had a message to say the courier would ‘be in touch’ about the collection. 2 weeks later, no contact from the mythical courier, so I submitted a complaint via ‘resolved’ (3rd party complaints site) which pull and bear responded to saying they have organised for the courier to get in touch again. Another week goes by, still no courier contact and I submit a second complaint, clearly more angry this time around. I am sent a reply saying they are looking into it’ and eventually get an email saying they cannot send a courier and will send me a QR code via a separate email so I can drop it off myself, to which I said fine let’s just do that. And now guess what! No email with a QR code. It’s almost like they deliberately prevent you from returning their products! AVOID like the plague.

"Do not buy online"
Do not buy online.
There is a price difference from when buying online compared to the store even though they charge you p&p. £3 extra per item. When I asked them about this they told that is the price you accepted online. Well I did not know the actual price in store did I! The labels blatantly say the price.
Will not be ordering online again. The shorts I ordered were of terrible material looked used and old.

"awful quality"
I recently bought a skirt from pull&bear and it ripped after one wear. Also when I was in the shop to choose something to match with the skirt I saw one item that was also completely destroyed and they still were selling it on sale.

"Do not order from this company"
Ordered a £50 item over 9 days ago, still not arrived. Won’t refund me or send another item. Useless customer service. First time customer will never order again disgraceful company! They won’t refund til they’ve had an update from Royal Mail! Who aren’t responding .

"Poor quality products"
Poor quality products. Bought a jeans trouser, used just few times and the fabric started ripping all over the place. Not even 3 months of use.

Abysmal. Tried to return an order, the email link to customer service does not work, the website shows no record of the order and they have no phone number to speak to anyone. They will probably go bust with customer service like this.

"I bought a purse at Christmas from Pull…"
I bought a purse at Christmas from Pull & Bear,Trafford Centre and the outer has all peeled off and looks awful so not been using it, only had a months worth of use. I took it back to the store today along with my receipt, pull & bear logo on the front but manager said I couldn’t have a credit note or refund as the label inside had been cut, you could still see numbers on label, but their labels take over one side of the purse so unusable if left in. The manager even smiled when I said terrible customer service, no flexibility or common sense. There was 4 other items on the receipt but I wouldn’t shop there again due to poor quality and worst customer service ever.
